G-Star Outlet Neuss

The concept originally comes from the USA. It has been used there for decades in various forms for employee motivation and retention in large companies. The main idea is to grant employees of certain companies advantages that they can see as a bonus for themselves. This is where our acquisition concept comes in:

G-Star gives employees of selected companies the opportunity to purchase products for at least half the retail price. The bonus, therefore, lies in gaining access to the outlets and thus shopping much more affordably.
The contact person in the company is usually the works council, HR manager, or someone responsible for personnel, who then communicates the invitation to all employees.

Companies briefly introduce themselves via email (to outlet-neuss@g-star.com) on their letterhead and are then invited. They receive the invitation as a Microsoft Word document, which each employee can print out and then fill in with their personal data.
