§ 1    SKom assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Claims for damages against SKom relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless there is evidence of intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of SKom. All offers are subject to change and non-binding.

§ 2    SKom accepts no responsibility for data entered by users of our site. We expressly point out that SKom does not enter any information itself. The information provided is entered by the registered companies themselves or by third parties. SKom expressly does not adopt the information provided as its own.

§ 3    SKom expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement, or delete parts of the website or the entire offering without prior notice, or to suspend publication temporarily or permanently. There is generally no right to have our data entered, corrected, or supplemented.

§ 4    In its ruling of May 12, 1998—312 O 85/98—“Liability for Links,” the Hamburg Regional Court (LG) ruled that by including a link, one may be held jointly responsible for the content of the linked page. According to the LG, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from such content. We hereby expressly distance ourselves from all content on all linked pages on our website and do not adopt this content as our own. This declaration applies to all links provided on this website. These restrictions also apply equally to third-party entries in guestbooks, discussion forums, databases, and mailing lists set up by SKom.

§ 5    SKom strives to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sounds, and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sounds, and texts created by itself, or to rely on royalty-free graphics, sounds, and texts. Should an unmarked graphic, sound, or text protected by third-party copyright nevertheless appear on the respective pages, SKom was unable to determine the copyright holder. In the event of such an unintentional copyright infringement, SKom will remove the corresponding object from its publication or mark it with the appropriate copyright notice.

§ 6 SKom retains sole copyright to published content created by SKom itself. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sounds, or text in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of SKom.

§ 7 SKom expressly reserves the right to disclose or sell the data to third parties.
