We include in our directory only genuine “Factory outlets”. 

• Only the actual manufacturer is allowed to advertise with “direct sale” notices. 
• Direct sale notices are only permitted if no wholesaler or retailer is involved. 
• Compared to the retail price, substantial price advantages should be offered.

A factory outlet store doesn’t necessarily have to be located in the same place where the manufacturer is based. 

Unfortunately, it’s not always possible for us to check in each individual case whether it is a genuine factory outlet. If you get the impression that an outlet store in our directory is not a real factory outlet, you will find a “Report error” link in the sidebar, where you can let us know. We will then try to clarify the situation and remove the corresponding entry if it is confirmed. 

Listing your outlet store in our outlet store directory is basically free of charge. That will also remain the case in the future. 

However, there are additional features that can be added for a small annual fee. These additional features include the following: 

1. Adding promotions
2. Replying to user reviews
3. Displaying promotions in our newsletters

To ensure the quality of our outlet store directory, we conduct a review for every new entry and for every change to the data of an outlet store. 
This also prevents spammers from abusing our outlet store directory.
